Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing therapeutic relationships built on trust and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular client sessions to monitor progress, provide support, and assess readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and review person-centered treatment plans, ensuring alignment with each client’s goals and needs.
\n
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes for each client to track continuity of care.
\n
• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to identify the therapeutic needs of new clients.

• Meet with individual clients weekly, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to fit individual progress.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision to enhance personal and professional growth.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Adopt a growth mindset, continually seeking to improve therapeutic approaches and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is primarily focused on providing mental health services to youth, ensuring that interventions are both developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive. Clinicians will address a range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, behavior disorders, and substance abuse. By building rapport with young clients, the LPC will help them navigate challenges, empower their strengths, and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.
