Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual, comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, emotional needs, and areas requiring support.

• Provide evidence-based therapy, including individual, couple, and group sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address various mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams—including nurses, chaplains, and other social workers—to ensure the integration of care services, promoting clients' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

• Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate access to essential community resources, including support services, counseling, and intervention programs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within electronic health records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
