Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health to identify their needs and establish treatment goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans through collaborative conversations with clients, ensuring that their individual needs and aspirations are at the forefront of care.

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on addressing diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship conflicts, and more.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans based on clients’ progress, ensuring that care remains relevant and effective.

• Maintain detailed and accurate case records, including treatment notes, assessment results, and progress documentation, in compliance with state regulations and best practices.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support and interventions for clients in acute distress.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams to ensure an integrated approach to client care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in marriage and family therapy, integrating evidence-based practices into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population comprising children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds. Our clients seek support for various mental health challenges, and therapists will engage in culturally competent therapy tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Strong experience in conducting individual and couples therapy, demonstrating the ability to create a trusting therapeutic alliance.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong organizational abilities to manage diverse caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy within a community health, outpatient mental health, or similar settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
