Strategic Partner Account Manager

Virtual Vocations Inc

Driving growth in channel partnerships, the full-time Strategic Partner Account Manager will manage the partner pipeline from identification to activation, collaborating cross-functionally to create joint initiatives and utilizing AI for enhanced research and communication, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own the partner pipeline, researching and activating potential partners to build productive relationships Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint initiatives and enablement programs Track partnership performance through KPIs, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions to enhance productivity Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA is a plus Proficiency with CRM and partnership management tools, including Salesforce and similar PRM tools Strong analytical skills to utilize data for decision-making and performance tracking Experience in building and managing relationships within complex partner organizations
