Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive and trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and establish the most effective treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population for this role consists of individuals who have experienced significant trauma, including survivors of abuse, domestic violence, accidents, and other distressing life events. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is a prerequisite.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, with an emphasis on trauma-focused therapeutic modalities.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
