Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Henderson. Our clinic is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technology and tools, creating an ideal setting for both patient treatment and professional development. Our typical schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to better accommodate patient needs. As a member of our dedicated team, you will be supported by experienced professionals and have access to a collaborative workspace where continuous learning is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and functionality.
• Guide clients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities aimed at enhancing their physical capabilities and achieving pain relief.
• Educate patients about proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and home exercise programs that help maintain their improvements outside of sessions.
• Administer therapeutic modalities, such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, ensuring that treatments are performed safely and effectively.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, tracking metrics such as range of motion and strength gains to inform future treatment decisions.
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring all therapy equipment and supplies are organized and readily accessible for effective patient sessions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, to provide holistic patient care.
• Offer emotional support and motivation to patients, ensuring a positive rehabilitation experience that encourages ongoing participation and effort.
• Adhere strictly to ethical and professional standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and respecting rights and privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals of all ages experiencing a range of conditions, from sports injuries to post-surgical recovery and chronic pain management. Our team's approach emphasizes patient-centered care, focusing on each individual's unique needs and rehabilitation goals. Your expertise as a Physical Therapist will be essential in empowering patients to actively participate in their recovery process and achieve functional improvement.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current licensure in the state of Nevada as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire patients, fostering a supportive rehabilitation environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation clinic or acute care setting.

Compensation and Benefits

Flex Rehab Solutions offers a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
