Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client needs, preferences, and goals, ensuring a robust understanding of their history and current situation.

• Design and implement individualized therapy strategies that are grounded in evidence-based practices for clients, ensuring their specific needs are addressed.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, families, couples, and individuals, utilizing tailored techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, sharing insights and treatment plans to enhance the overall care provided to clients.

• Maintain precise and current clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards, while demonstrating a commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at Hillside Psychotherapy Services include individuals grappling with a variety of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of three years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
