This position is fully remote, allowing for work-life balance while still being part of a collaborative team. Our organizational culture emphasizes flexibility and support, enabling counselors to work effectively from the comfort of their own homes or any suitable remote location. You will engage with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery, all while having the autonomy to manage your schedule within the standard operating hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments of clients’ mental health status to understand their unique challenges and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and evidence-based practices.

• Provide clients and their families with educational resources and coping strategies to enhance their understanding and management of mental health conditions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring all aspects of mental health are addressed.

• Utilize digital health platforms and record-keeping systems to track client progress, document therapy sessions, and remain compliant with all relevant regulations.

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field by participating in continuous education and incorporating new techniques into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your expertise will guide clients through personalized therapeutic interventions designed to foster resilience, improve functioning, and promote mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid New York State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential for this position.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.

• Proficient in using technology for telehealth sessions and electronic health record management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 95,000 annually.
