Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group counseling services at scheduled intervals, ensuring comprehensive support for patients throughout their treatment journey.

• Conduct thorough Bio-psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Collaborate with patients to establish and regularly review tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances and goals.

• Develop aftercare and discharge plans that foster continuous recovery and ensure long-term success for each individual.

• Maintain efficient and effective delivery of counseling services, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting treatment approaches as needed.

This position primarily serves diverse populations facing co-occurring disorders and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year, depending on experience, education, and specialized training.
