Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular psychotherapy sessions via telehealth with your clients, guiding them through emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing your clinical judgment and training to support them effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our therapist portal, using digital tools designed for user-friendly and efficient record-keeping.

• Administer mental health screenings and comprehensive assessments to identify clients' treatment needs and establish individualized care plans.
\n
• Employ applied behavior analysis and evidence-based practices to help clients overcome behavioral challenges and improve their quality of life.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work predominantly with adolescents and their families, focusing on a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your work aims not only to improve individual well-being but also to foster healthier family dynamics, creating a positive ripple effect across generations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including co-occurring disorders, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for counseling sessions.

• Up-to-date knowledge of current counseling principles, practices, techniques, and trends affecting individual and family therapy.

• An annual salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 , reflective of your experience and qualifications.
