This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a flexible schedule while focusing on delivering high-quality mental health care from the comfort of your home. Our virtual environment is supported by robust technology including an integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system, which simplifies documentation and enhances patient interactions. The flexibility of a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM without on-call responsibilities allows you to achieve a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting weekly live video counseling sessions with individual adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to help them achieve their treatment goals.

• Collaborating with fellow counselors and other psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive treatment strategies that address the varied needs of your clients.

• Utilizing technology for administering symptom self-assessments and monitoring client progress to adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Participating in ongoing clinical consultations with leadership during scheduled drop-in hours, fostering an environment of continuous professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults facing a range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. You will be expected to engage with diverse populations and create culturally responsive treatment strategies that resonate with each individual's unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (required licenses include LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience working with adult populations, particularly those at higher risk.

• A valid independent therapist license with at least one year’s experience.
\n
• Demonstrated competence in utilizing evidence-based interventions such as CBT for adults facing a variety of mental health challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

While at least two years of recent experience in private practice or a similar clinical setting is preferred, we welcome applicants with a passion for mental health and a commitment to treating diverse populations. Compensation and Benefits\n
