Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of clients to identify mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Create and implement individualized therapeutic strategies that target clients' unique challenges, focusing on real-world applications and measurable goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and other professionals, to provide integrated and comprehensive care.

• Engage with clients' families, providing resources and support to promote understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client records while adhering to regulatory and ethical guidelines established within the mental health community.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
