Harmony in Motion Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Lincroft, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients referred for physical therapy to determine their needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement treatment strategies utilizing a combination of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and innovative modalities to alleviate pain and restore functional mobility.
• Monitor patient progress through regular documentation and formal assessments, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques, use of assistive devices, and self-care strategies to foster independence and improve health outcomes.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team discussions to share insights regarding patient progress and collaboratively enhance care strategies.
• Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy practice by attending workshops, maintaining professional memberships, and participating in continuing education.

Qualifications

• Possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Hold a valid state license for Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Be flexible and adaptable, willing to work with a variety of patient populations and treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist is required, new graduates with a DPT are encouraged to apply, as we offer mentorship opportunities to support professional growth. Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
