We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist specializing in Orthopedics to join our team at Mega Motion Physical Therapy Center in Red Bank, New Jersey. Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, where you will work 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Our facility is equipped with the latest therapeutic technologies, providing you with the tools necessary to deliver effective treatments. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions, adjusting based on patient progress and feedback, while ensuring adherence to the physician's plan of care.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care using various techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities to aid in recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers, ensuring they understand their conditions and the strategies needed for effective self-management.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with local and federal regulations.
• Foster a welcoming and respectful atmosphere by exhibiting excellent customer service and facilitating effective communication with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to maximize patient outcomes and engage in community outreach programs that promote health and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve treating a diverse range of patients, with a primary focus on orthopedic cases, but also extending to pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. By understanding the unique challenges faced by each patient, you will work diligently to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals and restore their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with New Jersey regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish meaningful connections with patients.
• Competency in word processing and electronic medical record systems to maintain accurate documentation.
• A commitment to continuing education and staying current with best practices in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, specifically in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with rehabilitation technologies and metrics for tracking patient progress.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
