Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient goals and formulate effective treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and individualized exercise regimens.
• Develop and implement specific fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's strength, flexibility, and coordination needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on evidence-based practices, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with patients and their families to motivate and encourage throughout their treatment journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate (MPT or DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• No history of board or disciplinary actions on your license.

Compensation and Benefits
