We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Physical Therapist to join our team at Aviant Physical Therapy in Freehold, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions to create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, such as exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, and the use of therapeutic modalities to manage pain and improve mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on patient response and evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, therapy processes, and self-management strategies for optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and support for patients' comprehensive rehabilitation needs.
• Guide and train patients and caregivers in the use of assistive devices and home exercises, promoting independence and functionality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical expertise, including attending workshops and participating in professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic computer skills for documentation and patient management.
• Demonstrated ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, adapting to the needs of patients and the treatment team.

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, although we welcome applicants with less experience who are eager to learn and grow in their practice. Previous experience in a rehabilitation center or home health environment will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
