Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and co-create effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, adapted to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, continuously monitoring and adjusting their treatment progress, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey.

• Offer teletherapy services, allowing flexibility for clients to engage in therapy virtually while ensuring accessibility for those who face challenges attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation to align with ethical practices and regulatory standards, reinforcing our commitment to professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, providing a strong foundation for clinical practice.
