Key Responsibilities

As a Physician Assistant at Divine HealthCare, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly to trauma alerts, performing thorough assessments to determine patients’ immediate needs.
• Stabilizing patients in critical condition and executing life-saving treatments to prevent further complications.
• Assisting with resuscitation efforts during emergencies, showcasing your ability to perform under pressure.
• Facilitating the coordination of care with an interdisciplinary trauma team, ensuring seamless communication about patient status and treatment plans.
• Conducting comprehensive physical examinations and interpreting diagnostic results to inform medical decision-making.
• Administering medications and treatments as authorized by supervising physicians.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Physician Assistant position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field alongside completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant in Texas.
• Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that ranges between USD 140,000 and 180,000 annually, commensurate with your experience. Our benefits also include:
