Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information on clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Customize and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, ensuring they reflect the client’s needs, preferences, and feedback.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop integrated, client-centered care plans.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, ensuring client safety and wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults, who are navigating various mental health challenges including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
