Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address the specific needs of clients.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that foster sustainable healing, taking into account each client's unique background and circumstances.

• Collaborate with the Admissions and Assessment team to ensure that clients receive timely and appropriate intake and ongoing evaluations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans while adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in professional development through free CEUs provided by the company, ensuring that your skills remain current and relevant.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adolescents and young adults who are navigating various mental health challenges. This population presents unique issues, requiring therapists to employ a range of therapeutic methodologies tailored to their developmental stage. By maintaining a maximum group size of eight clients, therapists have the opportunity to develop strong therapeutic relationships and facilitate deeper conversations that lead to meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current and valid state licensure in Washington as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT; junior-licensed clinicians must be amenable to supervision.

• Availability to commit between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on whether you choose a contract or W2 employment structure.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective in engaging clients and collaborating with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a passion for continuing education in mental health.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in various capacities, understanding their unique needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
