Work Environment\n

This role allows you to work remotely, offering flexibility while still fostering connection and teamwork within our supportive outpatient office. The typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique circumstances and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor evidence-based therapeutic interventions customized to meet the diverse needs of individual patients, paying close attention to their cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, guiding patients through their mental health challenges and fostering resilience and overall wellness.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care to our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective response.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and the array of community resources accessible to them.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation that meets all legal and ethical standards, safeguarding patient privacy.

• Actively engage in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training sessions to enhance our collective service delivery.

• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and cultural considerations in mental health therapy, consistently applying this knowledge in your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong commitment to delivering culturally sensitive therapeutic services, with a deep understanding of the social determinants impacting mental health.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with an ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with underrepresented populations and an understanding of the specific challenges they face in a clinical setting.

• Familiarity with remote therapeutic practices and telehealth methodologies, ensuring an effective virtual care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
