This remote position allows you to work with clients from the comfort of your own home while connecting with a collaborative and supportive outpatient team. Regular business hours coincide with the schedule of our clients, making Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM your primary working time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the specific needs and challenges faced by each client, formulating personalized treatment plans that reflect those considerations.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)—to deliver effective interventions tailored to individual diagnoses.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records, strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines to safeguard patient information.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists, working together to ensure comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular peer review discussions and case consultations to enhance therapeutic outcomes and share insights with colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
