Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and needs to establish effective treatment plans tailored to their specific conditions.
• Implementing treatment interventions that utilize evidence-based practices, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Regularly monitoring and documenting patients' progress to ensure optimal outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment techniques as needed.
• Providing education to patients, families, and caregivers about home exercise programs and strategies for self-management to foster independence and encourage adherence to therapy.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and rehabilitation strategies.
• Staying updated on advancements in physical therapy by attending workshops, engaging with professional organizations, and participating in continuous education.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass various demographics, including children and adults with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions, ensuring a diverse and enriching clinical experience. You will work closely with patients to facilitate their recovery by focusing on improving physical functions, overall quality of life, and independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Proficiency in documentation and treatment planning software.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
