Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.

• Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team, which may include psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care.

• Educate and support patients and their families, assisting them in understanding treatment options and navigating emotional challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LICSW, you will work predominantly with children and adolescents facing the emotional toll of life-limiting illnesses, grief, and transition. You will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to these vulnerable populations, addressing their unique emotional and psychological needs during difficult circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LICSW license in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with experience in hospice or palliative care.

• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
