Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments for patients, identifying both acute and chronic medical conditions through physical examinations and diagnostic testing.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans, adjusting treatment strategies based on patient progress and ongoing evaluations of their needs.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies, ensuring that all treatments adhere to established clinical guidelines and standards.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle choices that promote well-being, providing tailored resources and support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHRs), ensuring timely documentation that complies with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
