Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, establishing a trusting rapport to facilitate open communication.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving the best outcomes for individuals and families.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, including medical and psychological histories, interaction notes, treatment plans, and intervention outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, providing education and insight on clients' psychosocial stressors and clinical needs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to service delivery.

• Actively participate in crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing your knowledge of trauma, substance abuse, domestic violence, and other mental health conditions to de-escalate situations and provide appropriate referral or linkage to services.

• Stay informed of the latest best practices and methodologies in the mental health field to enhance service delivery and contribute to the continuous professional development of yourself and your colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services target a wide array of client needs, including but not limited to individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and those affected by domestic violence and familial issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
