Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for clients, identifying co-occurring disorders and tailoring individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies, drawing upon the latest research to ensure that clients receive the most effective interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to support clients through various stages of addiction recovery, while addressing underlying trauma and mental health issues.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on the latest observations and feedback.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction counselors, to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Educate clients and their families about the principles of mental health and addiction recovery, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the treatment process.

• Ensure that all client records are accurately maintained in compliance with ethical and legal standards, fostering trust and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who are navigating addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. These clients may come from various backgrounds and require personalized care strategies that genuinely take into account their experiences and aspirations for recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• A minimum of three years of recent experience in mental health support, ideally within a rehabilitation context.

• Additional training or specialization in rehabilitation or dual-diagnosis mental health care is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
