Job Description and Duties

This position is located in the city of Sacramento .

Serves as the Grant Administrator for California Independent Living Center (ILC) grants and State Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) grants. Leads and manages all phases of the grant lifecycle, including planning, application review, risk assessment, monitoring, performance evaluation, fiscal oversight, technical assistance, reporting, and closeout. Ensures statewide consistency, accountability, and compliance with Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) policies, the State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL), the Rehabilitation Act, TBI program statutes, and all federal and state requirements.
