Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing customized therapeutic modalities that align with clients' personal growth objectives, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments as needed for optimal client outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to provide accessible care for clients facing geographical or mobility challenges, ensuring continuity of support.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines while ensuring timely updates on client progress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and attend team meetings to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. We focus particularly on individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma history, and relationship challenges, tailoring our therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a client-centered approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
