Accounts Receivable Specialist

We're hiring a meticulous Accounts Receivable Specialist to power our back office operations. You'll handle cash posting, invoice verification, and fraud detection in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities: Post all incoming cash receipts accurately to client accounts and invoices same-day, using remittances. Verify invoice documentation, resolve discrepancies, and follow up with internal teams. Research, reconcile, and analyze data for financial accuracy and compliance. Monitor transactions for potential fraud during verification. Maintain strict adherence to accounting controls and policies in a high-volume setting. Qualifications: 2+ years Accounts Receivable experience (high-volume cash application preferred). High school diploma required. Strong grasp of AR principles, Excel proficiency, and accounting software. Analytical, organized, detail-focused with excellent communication. Ability to thrive under pressure independently.
