Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments by actively listening to clients, gathering relevant information, and utilizing assessment tools to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices, to implement effective treatment interventions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, findings, and treatment progress, adhering to HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality and secure client information.

• Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and fellow mental health counselors to exchange insights, participate in case reviews, and implement best practices in a collaborative setting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

Preferred Experience\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
