Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments through individual, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at understanding client needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and systemic family therapy—to help clients achieve their goals.

• Collaborate with colleagues to provide multidisciplinary care and refer clients to additional services as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular supervision and attend professional development workshops to enhance therapeutic skills.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including couples seeking to improve their relationship dynamics, families in crisis, and individuals facing a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a clinical setting with a variety of populations, especially in outpatient therapy.

• Experience in maintaining electronic health records (EHR) and familiarity with telehealth platforms to manage remote sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually.
