Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and emotional well-being, identifying specific needs and treatment objectives.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s therapeutic goals and progress, utilizing appropriate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, implementing therapeutic interventions aimed at addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Regularly monitor client progress through scheduled evaluations and adjust treatment plans accordingly to adapt to changing needs and circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits\n
