Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while providing guidance and support.

• Conducting regular sessions to evaluate client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Completing detailed intake assessments to gather necessary information for effective treatment.
\n
• Documenting all client interactions affirmatively to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participating in regular individual supervision to foster professional growth and clinical competency.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on working with a heterogeneous patient population, including children, adults, and families who may be experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A current and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in Florida.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Strong proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• The ability to conduct intake assessments and provide direct psychotherapy services effectively.
