Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients' mental health status and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Utilize secure virtual platforms to deliver evidence-based therapy services, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities based on client preferences.

• Collaborate with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation of each session, including client progress and treatment adjustments, in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to enhance professional development and share best practices within the therapist network.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
