Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy to a diverse client base, encompassing children, adolescents, and families.

• Utilize a billing service that manages client claims, insurance accounts receivable, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on providing therapeutic services.

• Complete timely documentation for all client interactions and maintain accurate records as per HIPAA regulations.

• Schedule ongoing appointments and manage your calendar to accommodate clients effectively and efficiently.

• Adapt therapeutic interventions to address a variety of clinical presentations, ensuring each client receives tailored support that meets their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will cater primarily to school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will play an integral role in supporting students in a school setting, working closely with teachers, administrators, and families to create a supportive network that fosters student growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure, enabling independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by various bonuses. In addition, our therapists are compensated on an hourly basis, ensuring a strong link between effort and reward.
