Work Environment\n

This remote position allows clinicians the flexibility to work from home while still engaging meaningfully with clients and the broader healthcare team. The work schedule typically spans Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend appointments depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

The LPCC will engage in various essential tasks designed to provide a full continuum of care:

• Conduct regular client meetings to review treatment progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
