While you will mainly engage with clients through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, there are options for in-person sessions if preferred. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual, couples, or family therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address diverse mental health challenges, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and regular risk evaluations to adequately support client treatment plans.
\n
• Develop, review, and modify client treatment plans based on assessments, client feedback, and ongoing progress to ensure the best outcomes.
\n
• Establish and maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries while fostering a strong rapport with clients to create a safe space for healing.

• Assist clients through challenging life transitions, emotional struggles, trauma recovery, and identity development.
\n
• Maintain organized documentation of therapy sessions to track client progress and adhere to clinic standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, in addition to attractive benefits including:
