Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychiatric examinations to assess the mental health needs of adult and child patients, identifying issues such as depression, anxiety, and relational conflicts.

• Maintain ongoing communication with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care effectively, which includes triaging cases and ensuring appropriate referrals.

• Engage in regular consultations with interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment approaches, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient outcomes.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that may include individuals, couples, families, or groups, with a focus on therapeutic techniques that promote mental wellness.

• Perform additional duties as requested to support overall clinic operations and patient care.
