Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, giving you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while providing vital therapy services from the comfort of your home. You will engage with clients via a telehealth platform, ensuring a seamless connection that promotes effective therapeutic relationships. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the autonomy to create your own schedule and no mandatory on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with adult clients utilizing live video technology to assess their mental health needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow mental health counselors to create integrated treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive care.

• Use symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to continuously evaluate client progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly.

• Document client cases meticulously for continuity of care, sharing insights and updates with team members during scheduled consultations.

• Implement therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy to effectively address a wide range of mental health disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your counseling expertise will be directed primarily at adult populations, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. It is critical that you possess a commitment to treating all clients with respect, sensitivity, and cultural responsiveness, recognizing the diverse backgrounds and experiences that shape their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work is required. Appropriate licensure (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) is essential.

• At least one year of independent licensure experience is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, with additional performance-based bonuses.
