Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will have a dynamic range of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients presenting with major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based screening tools to establish care pathways.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop integrated care plans that connect clients with essential services, while ensuring the appropriate exchange of information among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.

• Leading therapy sessions, which may include individual, group, and family therapy tailored to meet the specific needs and cultural backgrounds of our diverse clientele.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, the LCSW will primarily serve a diverse population at our community health clinic, focusing on those who are often marginalized or under-represented in traditional healthcare settings. Our clients may face myriad challenges, including socioeconomic disparities, cultural barriers, and a range of behavioral health issues. The ideal candidate will approach each client with empathy and understanding, ensuring that care is tailored to respect these unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, qualifying for LCSW licensure in the state of Florida.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates should ideally possess at least two years of direct clinical experience, particularly in community mental health settings. Experience with treatment programs that address both mental health and substance abuse disorders is also highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
