Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technology to reach and support our diverse patient population. You will join an emerging practice that integrates mental health counseling with medical care, allowing for flexible schedules and innovative therapeutic approaches. While the standard workweek is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility for evening shifts may be necessary based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

You will serve a patient population that includes individuals experiencing a variety of complex conditions, encompassing chronic pain syndromes, autoimmune disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated proficiency in dealing with patients who have co-occurring medical and psychiatric disorders.

• Experience in an integrated care setting, collaborating across disciplines to deliver comprehensive treatment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries while ensuring patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
