High-Volume Sous Chef — Lead a Busy DC Kitchen

Clyde's of Gallery Place in Washington, DC is hiring a Sous Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen catering to 500–1,200 guests daily. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in kitchens such as Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef and can work well under pressure. Compensation includes a base salary of $65,000 – $75,000 per year depending on experience plus bonus potential.
