We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapists to join our full-time team at Athletics Full Motion PT in Leesburg, Virginia. Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Athletics Full Motion PT, you will work primarily in patients' homes in the serene community of Leesburg, Virginia. This onsite work setting allows you to connect with patients in a familiar environment, optimizing their comfort and engagement. You will have the flexibility to select your hours during the week, with a Monday to Friday schedule that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients in their home environments to identify needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise, hands-on therapy, and the use of equipment, to alleviate pain and improve patient mobility.
• Monitor, document, and track the progression of patients' treatments, ensuring adjustments to plans as required based on individual responses.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on the effective use of assistive devices aimed at enhancing self-care and mobility.
• Stay current with developments in the field through continuing education opportunities, workshops, and professional networking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including children and adults recovering from various ailments—ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic health conditions. The focus will be on creating individualized care plans that meet each patient's specific needs and goals, ultimately building their confidence in safe and independent living.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to patients and families.
• Proficiency in word processing and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• A high degree of flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience is not mandatory, any clinical experience or internships related to home care or pediatrics is advantageous.
• Experience with assistive technologies and devices is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
