Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ specific mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address clients' unique needs.

• Collaborate actively with clients to set therapeutic goals, track progress, and adjust treatment approaches as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual meetings or have limitations in accessing in-office visits, ensuring continuity of care.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions to comply with ethical standards and state regulations, using our digital record-keeping system.

• Engage in continuous professional development through education workshops, conferences, and peer reviews to enhance your clinical skills.

Qualifications\n
