In this remote work setting, you will be a part of a supportive and collaborative team that values a healthy work-life balance. While the primary work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, flexibility may be needed to accommodate the diverse scheduling needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments, gathering detailed patient histories to inform the creation of individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored specifically to each patient's unique cultural and personal backgrounds, ensuring the application of best practices in therapy.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of mental health issues, and promoting resilience, coping strategies, and overall well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong crisis management skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that promote a supportive care environment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively participate in case conferences and team meetings, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement through team-based discussions and cultural competency training.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging research and best practices in mental health therapy, continually enhancing your skills and knowledge to provide the highest level of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid professional license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, alongside a commitment to cultural competency in your practice.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy, utilizing culturally responsive techniques that cater to the needs of diverse client populations.

• Effective crisis intervention skills, with proven ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
