Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students to identify mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of students, focusing on their strengths and areas for growth.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused approaches—tailored to diverse client needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of all client interactions, treatment plans, and ongoing progress, in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student’s mental health and academic support.

• Engage in continuous education to remain abreast of advancements in social work practices and mental health resources, actively participating in professional development workshops.

• Assist in coordinating external referrals to community resources for additional support services when necessary.
