Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while still providing a collaborative atmosphere with team members. Our clinic is dedicated to ensuring that our therapists have the resources they need to succeed. While the work hours are primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required to accommodate our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to gain an understanding of clients' trauma histories, developing tailored treatment approaches based on their unique experiences.

  Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and building resilience, setting measurable goals to track progress.

  Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support clients in their healing process.

  Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients process their trauma, learn coping strategies, and cultivate a sense of empowerment.

  Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to provide integrated care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

  Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate intervention when clients experience trauma-related emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse client base, primarily composed of adults and adolescents affected by trauma. Qualifications\n

  A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

  A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling setting.

  In-depth understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

  Proven experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach toward clients.

  The ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations while effectively managing client crises.

  Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
