A leading national design-build construction firm is seeking a Director of Business Development to support the continued growth of its Northern California operation.

- Partner directly with senior leadership to develop and execute market expansion strategies.
- Build and strengthen relationships with developers, owners, end users, brokers, and industry stakeholders.

- Highly motivated, relationship-driven, and entrepreneurial in approach.
