Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor within our virtual outpatient treatment center, you will carry a diverse array of responsibilities tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate interactive group sessions that create a safe space for clients to share their experiences and learn from each other. Your role involves establishing rapport while guiding discussions around relevant topics.

• Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling that is both empathetic and constructive. You will delve deep into your clients' thoughts and emotions, assisting them in developing personalized coping strategies and action plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

In this role, you will specialize in providing support to young adults aged 18 to 30 within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This unique segment of our client population typically grapples with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Additionally, a valid LPC license in the state of New Jersey is required.
